  • Payment information — billing details processed by Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers)
  • Company name and job title — optionally provided during registration

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • API usage data — number of requests, endpoints called, timestamps, and error rates associated with your API key
  • Log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited on our website
  • Device information — device type and browser version when accessing our website or dashboard

2.3 Information from Third-Party Services

We receive information about you from the following third-party providers:

  • Clerk — authentication and identity data including login activity, session information, and account verification status
  • Stripe — payment status, billing history, and subscription information
  • Unkey — API key creation, usage, and revocation events
  • Resend — email delivery status and engagement data associated with transactional and product communications

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate the Service — including processing API requests, managing your account, and issuing API keys
  • Process payments — billing subscriptions, included usage, and overage through Stripe
  • Send transactional emails — account verification, password resets, billing receipts, and usage alerts via Resend
  • Send product communications — service updates, new features, and developer newsletters (you may opt out at any time)
  • Monitor and improve the Service — analyzing usage patterns to improve performance, reliability, and features
  • Enforce our Terms and Conditions — detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use
  • Comply with legal obligations — responding to lawful requests from authorities where required

4. Email Communications

We use Resend to send both transactional and product-related emails. This includes:

  • Transactional emails — account registration confirmations, password resets, API key notifications, billing receipts, and usage threshold alerts. These are necessary to operate your account and cannot be opted out of.
  • Product emails — feature announcements, developer newsletters, and service updates. You may opt out of these at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at nick@predictorsdk.com.

We do not sell your email address or use it for third-party advertising.

  • API usage logs — retained for up to 12 months for billing and debugging purposes

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Developer Responsibilities and End User Data

PredictorSDK is a developer platform. If you build applications using our Service that are accessed by your own end users, you are solely responsible for:

  • Providing your end users with appropriate privacy notices
  • Obtaining any necessary consents for data collection
  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy laws regarding your end users

PredictorSDK does not knowingly collect personal data directly from end users of applications built on our platform.
